PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act) was passed into law back in 2009 and more recently amended effective March 27th, 2021 to prohibit the use of United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver vape devices to end consumers.

This has brought upon a myriad of regulatory/legal regulations that will severely impact HYLA and the overall vape industry. Immediate concerns include national couriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL having already suspended/imminently suspending the delivery of vape products to direct consumers.

We are disappointed in the decision by the government to include non-nicotine devices like HYLA in this ruling. Our ethos and drive was to provide consumers with an alternative to nicotine based vapes in the market, yet we find ourselves unfortunately being lumped in under this Act.

We have decided to temporarily halt all online domestic sales, effective immediately. We are exploring all opportunities and working diligently to make HYLA more accessible to our community, including growing our stock list of local retailers.
